What flagged is
flagged is a free self-assessment tool designed to help Australian small and medium businesses understand their cyber security posture. It is not a substitute for professional security advice, penetration testing, or formal compliance assessment.
No warranty
The tool and its results are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The assessment is complete, accurate, or up to date
- Your results reflect your actual security posture or compliance status
- Following any recommendation will prevent a cyber incident
- The tool will be available without interruption or error
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, insurance, financial, or professional cyber security advice. Your results are based solely on your own self-reported answers. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on these results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, flagged and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
If you are in a jurisdiction that does not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

- Use the tool for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the tool in bulk

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
